At Selah Studio, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at getselarstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Free Returns
Return shipping is on us. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
